your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.


We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different product or variant, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide further instructions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or promotional materials that came with it.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  •  Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund/exchange according to our policy.


Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within [number of days] and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping

When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged in original condition. A restocking fee between 25%-75% depending on custom orders may be applied or a credit note will be provided for future purchase with returned items. 

MESHTRAC holds sole decision assessed for any returns beyond 10 days from date of purchase.

Please note that any returns or exchanges may only be authorized within 30 days of receipt of your order.

To return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

       2. You will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) email for returns and/or exchanges within 3-7 business days

All RMA item(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and all accessories.

  •  The packaging must not have any markings or writing upon it
  •  Returns missing accessories, packaging, manuals, and/or that are not in original condition will be rejected
  •  Write the RMA number only on the shipping label, NOT on the box

  • Customized products, with custom logo printed beacons or devices,
  •  All samples pack orders
